Impact is a non-profit organization and is staffed by over 600 college students volunteers. While students are the primary leaders that accomplish so much of what Impact does, we do have three directors who give oversight, guidance, and encouragement to these students.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - PHIL RICH

Phil joined Impact as the Executive Director in December of 2013. Phil graduated from Texas A&M University as a member of the Class of 2003. He was involved in a summer camp internship program for one year, served as a high school youth pastor for one year, and then spent eight years as the Day Camp Director for T Bar M Camps from 2006 to 2013. It was then that he joined Impact as the first full-time employee, serving as the Executive Director. Phil is joined in College Station by his wife, Jean Marie, and his three amazing children: Jackson, Olivia and Isaac. Phil is thrilled and honored to be serving in this role as he gets to advise and shepherd the ministry of Impact.

WOMEN’S DIRECTOR - COURTNEY KEENEY

Courtney joined Impact as the Women’s Director in August of 2026. She graduated from Texas A&M University in December of 2024. Once she graduated, Courtney stayed in College Station and worked at Declaration Church as their College Resident and began her Graduate Degree at Dallas Theological Seminary. When she was a student at A&M she served as a part of Impact Staff for four years. She was a Counselor, Co-Chair, Co-Chair Trainer, and lastly served as a member of the Exec team her senior year. Courtney loves spending her free time catching up with friends, playing cards at coffee shops, and walking her dog Bingo. Courtney is over the moon to be back on staff for Impact and serve the same mission she loved deeply in her time in college.

MEN’S DIRECTOR - RAEGAN WHITEHEAD

Raegan joined Impact as the Men’s Director in August of 2024. He graduated from Texas A&M University as a member of the Class of 2023. Upon graduation, Raegan participated in a year-long camp internship through T Bar M in New Braunfels where he lived and served on property. While a student at A&M, Raegan served on staff for four years as a Counselor, Co-Chair, Co-Chair Trainer, and finally on the Exec team. Raegan is joined in College Station by his wife, Kit, who teaches 7th grade social studies. Raegan enjoys spending free time with friends and family, pickleball, and playing every type of game imaginable. Raegan is thankful to be part of a ministry that invests in its student staff all year long.
