The arrival window is between 2:30pm -3:30pm on the first day of your assigned retreat. Please do not arrive before this as we will still be preparing for retreat.

Latham Springs Camp and Conference Center is located at 134 Private Road 223, Aquilla, TX 76622.

NOTE: if you are coming from IH-35, take exit 353 which is TMW Pkwy / FM 2114 and head west on FM 2114 for approximately ten miles. You will take a slight right on N County Rd 2202 which will bring you immediately to a stop sign. Go straight and Latham Springs is less than one mile down the road.

UPON ARRIVAL

When you reach the retreat site, our staff will welcome you at the gate! Pull forward to our initial check-in spot where we will get your name, ask you a few health screening questions, and direct you to either park or be dropped off. These will happen in two different locations.

PARKING

Our staff will direct you to a designated parking space. At this moment additional staff will greet you at your car and direct you to our official check-in location. You will bring your luggage with you at this point. Here we will give you your ‘camp’ and cabin location. A camp is a group of approximately 50 students and 14 staff who you will spend most of your time with during retreat.

DROP-OFF

If you are being dropped off by a friend or family member, you will remain in your car and continue driving beyond the parking area to a designated drop-off location. We will have people and signs to direct you. We are asking all family members or friends to remain in the car and only the student(s) attending to exit the vehicle. At this moment we will get your luggage and head to our official check-in location. Here we will give you your ‘camp’ and cabin location. A camp is a group of approximately 50 students and 14 staff who you will spend most of your time with during retreat.

CAMP ROOM & CABIN

Once you are completely checked in, we will have an Impact counselor walk with you and your luggage to your camp room. Here you will be greeted by a few of the staff members of your camp. They will then help you get settled in your cabin and hang out with you until we begin our first activity of retreat!
