Family Weekend Banquet

Impact will be hosting it's annual Family Weekend Banquet on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at Central Church in College Station.  For two decades, Banquet has played a huge role in sharing vision, celebrating stories, and fundraising to meet the financial needs of our ministry. Impact is dramatically changing the lives of incoming students and staff volunteers, introducing students to the body of Christ and developing leadership skills in our staff year after year. We're excited for friends and family of our staff to learn more about Impact Retreat and consider supporting our ministry through prayer and financial contributions.

We are very excited to announce that we will have a silent auction taking place online! We have partnered with an amazing online auction platform that will have photographs of each item, mobile bidding, online payment, and text notifications for items you are interested in keeping a close eye on! More details about this will be released the week of the event, but we are thrilled to have an incredibly user-friendly way of bidding on items.

Ticket Price: $18.00 (Adults 10+). Children 9 and under are free. Note: purchase tickets for total number attending, including a ticket for any Impact staff.

who is invited to which meal?

Given that the size of our volunteer staff is 623 students, we are splitting this event for our staff to ensure as many people can come as possible. For this reason, Alpha and Beta Staff are invited to attend our lunch banquet from 11:30am - 2:00pm. Our Delta and Omega Staff are invited to attend our dinner banquet from 5:00pm - 7:30pm. Seating is assigned by camps so that those attending can get to know the people they’ve been serving alongside all year. If you are a part of Exec, Media Team, or Crew, your team will determine which meal you will be a part of and you can communicate this with your family.

Tickets can be purchased below! The last day to purchase tickets is Friday, April 5th. We sell them first come, first serve. If an emergency arises and you are no longer able to attend, we will issue refunds up until Friday, April 5th. No tickets will be sold at the door.
