GIVING FOR GARRETT

Garrett, Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of 2019, had a passion for the Lord. He loved others deeply. He cared above all else for people to know the saving grace found in Jesus Christ. Impact was a place where these passions played out for much of Garrett’s time at Texas A&M University. It is how Garrett met his wife, Mallory, and where he put into practice his gifts of service and leadership. We are incredibly grateful for the blessed gift of Garrett to this ministry.

In October of 2022, it was discovered that Garrett had a brain tumor, specifically, glioblastoma. After multiple surgeries, chemo, and radiation, his year and a half battle came to an end when he was called heavenward on May 26, 2024.

We are humbled and honored that the entire Pendergast family seek to honor his legacy for years to come. Donations will cause more students to grow in leadership through Impact while investing into the generations to come through Impact year after year. Scholarships will allow students who otherwise would not be able to attend experience the grace and goodness of God.

We thank them for their continual kingdom mindset and desire for Garrett’s legacy to be one marked by sacrifice, servitude, and worship.
