Ministry Fair

Ministry Fair allows students the chance to interact face-to-face with dozens of local churches, para-church ministries and Christian student organizations in the Bryan/College Station area. We are thankful for the opportunity to show these students a part of the body of Christ as they enter this new community. This city is blessed with a large and diverse body of believers, and the Impact Ministry Fair is just a piece of the puzzle that is at work in Bryan/College Station!


All churches and ministries desiring to attend Ministry Fair must complete an application and interview process. The process will include the below application, a connecting point with one or more of our board members (i.e. phone interview and/or face-to-face interview), contact with student references and a final review process by the Impact Board of Directors. Below is a schedule to give expectations of the process timeline:

Application Deadline October 30th
Application Review November
Interviews December - February
Final Board Review March

We will contact all applying churches and ministries the week of March 30th - April 3rd with our decisions.


Before completing the application, please note that all applicants must initially:

Be in agreement with Impact's Statement of Beliefs
Have your own Statement of Beliefs that we can review
Churches: be holding weekly gatherings in Bryan/College Station for at least one year before the Ministry Fair
Other Ministries: be ministering in Bryan/College Station for at least three years before the Ministry Fair
Be available to attend the four Ministry Fair dates: August 4th, August 7th, August 10th, August 13th

Beyond this list of requirements the Board of Directors weighs various factors when reviewing all applications and reserves the right to approve or deny attendance.
