Counselor Application Process

1) Attend an Informational

We strongly encourage everyone interested in the role of Counselor to attend one of these informationals. If you want to learn more about the role of counselor for Impact, these informational meetings are a great place to learn, as well as meet some of our current staff. These are also a great time to ask any questions you may have. There are three opportunities:

  • TUES, Jan 15th // 7:00 PM // Grace Anderson (College Auditorium)

  • SUN, Jan 20th // 7:00 PM // Grace Anderson (College Auditorium)

  • MON, Jan 21st // 7:00 PM // Grace Anderson (College Auditorium)

2) Complete the Application

The deadline to apply is Wednesday, January 23rd by 10:00 pm.

3) Sign Up for an Interview

AFTER we have received ALL applications, we will email you with instructions on how to sign up for an interview. Interviews will be held from February 4th - February 11th. Expect the sign up email on February 2nd at the latest.

4) Come to Your Interview

You will get confirmation of your interview time. Interviews are casual and last approximately 15-20 minutes. They will all be held at the Impact office which is located at 700 University Drive E #107, in the same parking lot as New Life Church, Genghis Grill and Golden Corral. Impact's office is just to the right of EBH. In case of an emergency, inability to find our office or expected late arrival to your interview, please email or call (979) 353-1185.

5) Await Notification

We will make final counselor selections the weekend of Feb 16th. All applicants will be notified via email by the evening of Sunday, February 17th.
