Impact is a fun filled four day retreat for incoming freshmen designed to give students their first glimpse of the body of Christ at Texas A&M. The retreat will be held at Latham Springs in Aquilla, Texas. Buses will depart from College Station around noon on the first day of each session and return around 5pm on the last day of each session. You must ride the bus to and from retreat.
At Impact retreat, you will be placed in a camp with 14 counselors, 2 co-chairs, 2 prayer teamers, and about 50-60 other freshmen. These are the people you will develop friendships with over the four day period. There are also planned events throughout the day. Some of these events include game night, open dance party, ministry fair, praise and worship led by Jeff Johnson, speaker sessions led by Ben Stuart or Timothy Atkee, relay race, guy/girl sessions and free time.
